Scheduling and Availability
ACCURATE INFORMATION ABOUT PARTICIPANTS AVAILABILITY IS CRUCIAL to planning a production process!!!! Please be as accurate and detailed as possible with the information you provide. The theater program generally schedules rehearsals in the evenings between 6 p.m. and 10 p.m. Participants in productions are expected to maintain their availability for rehearsals and production work during this time. It is generally not possible to work around individual's classes, work schedules, and other conflicts during this time reserved for rehearsals. When availability allows, we like to schedule rehearsals in the afternoon. As such, please be as accurate as possible with your availability in the afternoon. General availability does influence casting decisions.
List recurring conflicts Mon-Friday 6-11 or write "none" if you don't have any regular conflicts
Can you adjust your calendar for complete availability on Evenings and Weekends for the final weeks of Technical Rehearsals, Dress Rehearsals, and Performances- from the end of semester break through to the final performance and strike?
(Generally this is not required, but we check for scheduling purposes if needed. On campus housing will remain available to those who already reside in campus housing when required.)
(Cast members are not allowed to pledge during the rehearsal process.)
