Scheduling and Availability
ACCURATE INFORMATION ABOUT PARTICIPANTS AVAILABILITY IS CRUCIAL to planning a production process!!!! Please be as accurate and detailed as possible with the information you provide. The theater program generally schedules rehearsals in the evenings between 6 p.m. and 10 p.m. Participants in productions are expected to maintain their availability for rehearsals and production work during this time and as scheduled. It is generally not possible to work around individual's classes, work schedules, and other conflicts, unless the director says otherwise. General availability does influence casting decisions.
Scheduling Conflicts
PLEASE READ THIS!!!: Please carefully and thoroughly complete the availability/conflicts section below FOR THE SEMESTER IN WHICH YOU WILL BE REHEARSING. Please consider, school, jobs/bosses, family commitments and anything that might take priority over rehearsals in your life. If you are uncertain of anything about your schedule during the rehearsal process, please note that in the explanation section at the end. Availability is very important and can be contingent upon certain casting decisions. Please be very careful, honest, AND THOROUGH in your disclosure. Once the rehearsal schedule has been made, participants plan around it and it can be very difficult to revise in the middle of the process, so accuracy is important.
